Sherrise Palomino

Statewide Organizing Director

Sherrise Palomino is a big picture strategist in civic engagement who specializes in turning community energy into political action. With a track record in government relations and field operations, Sherrise specializes in translating community needs into actionable policy and effective advocacy.

Most recently, Sherrise served as the Regional GOTV Director in Philadelphia for the Harris-Walz 2024 campaign, where she led massive mobilization efforts in one of the country's most critical battlegrounds. Prior to that, she was the Director of Advocacy and Programs at New Yorkers for Parks, managing government relations and leading the Daffodil Project, the city’s largest volunteer initiative.

Sherrise’s career is defined by her "on-the-ground" expertise, having previously led government and community relations at New York Road Runners (NYRR) and adolescent sexual health initiatives at BronxWorks.

As our Organizing Director, Sherrise uses her deep experience in movement-building and electoral strategy to empower voters and drive meaningful reform. When she isn’t fighting for a more functional democracy, she is a competitive triathlete who completed Ironman 70.3 Atlantic City and runner who brings that same endurance to her advocacy work.
